Privacy Policy
We want our personal information to be respected, so we treat your information the same way.
We don't collect or store your information except what is necessary in apps with in-app purchases to allow you to restore the purchase in the future.
Push Notifications
For apps that have a push notification feature, we collect device identifiers to deliver push notification services, but only when explicitly allowed by the user. These identifiers are stored securely and automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity or when the app is uninstalled. Device tokens cannot be used to identify you personally.
Third-Party Services
We use RevenueCat, a third-party SDK, to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase data and device identifiers to facilitate subscription management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
miSales Developer Sales Charts
API Credentials: miSales requires App Store Connect API credentials to fetch your sales data. Your private key is stored securely in your device's Keychain and never transmitted to our servers. Your Key ID and Issuer ID are stored locally on your device. These credentials are used solely to authenticate with Apple's App Store Connect API on your behalf.
Sales & Financial Data Your App Store Connect sales data, including revenue, proceeds, and download statistics, is fetched directly from Apple's servers and stored locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to If Then Dev servers.
Data Export You may export your sales data as CSV files or chart images using the built-in export feature. Exported data is shared only through methods you explicitly choose (email, AirDrop, etc.).
Data Retention Cached sales data is stored locally until you clear the app cache or delete the app. You can clear cached data at any time from Settings.
Children's Privacy miSales is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Terms and Conditions
This agreement is solely between the end user and If Then Dev, LLC ("If Then Dev") and not Apple, Inc ("Apple"). If Then Dev is solely responsible for its apps and the content within.
Information provided by apps produced by If Then Dev, LLC is for informational purposes only. Consult with your legal, financial, or other experts before making any decisions based on information gathered from If Then Dev's apps.
License Agreement
All users of apps produced by If Then Dev agree to abide by Apple's standard End User License Agreement and App Store rules. The license to use the app is limited, revocable, and non-transferable, and it can be used only on Apple devices the user owns and controls, and only as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Support & Maintenance
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for apps produced by If Then Dev. Any technical support inquiries should be directed to If Then Dev directly at help@ifthendev.com.
Warranty Disclaimer
If Then Dev apps are provided on an "as is" basis. As such, If Then Dev disclaims all warranties about the If Then Dev iOS Apps to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, If Then Dev, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for such warranty.
Billing & Subscriptions
All purchase transactions are made between the user and Apple directly. Any billing or subscription questions need to be directed to Apple for resolution.
In the case of auto-renewing subscriptions, payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged according to your plan for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the application or the end user's possession and/or use of the app, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
Indemnification
To the extent If Then Dev is required to provide indemnification by applicable law, If Then Dev, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any claim that the If Then Dev iOS Apps or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.
Export Compliance
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-Party Terms
You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using If Then Dev's iOS Apps (e.g. your wireless data service agreement). Your mobile OS provider is a third party beneficiary of this License Agreement, and, upon your acceptance, such third party beneficiary will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you.
miSales Developer Sales Charts
miSales connects to Apple's App Store Connect API using credentials you provide to display your sales data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data retrieved from Apple's services.
API Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your App Store Connect API credentials. Do not share your device with untrusted parties while credentials are stored in the app.
Data Accuracy: Sales data, forecasts, and analytics displayed in miSales are derived from Apple's App Store Connect API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always verify financial data through App Store Connect directly for official records.
Forecasts: Revenue forecasts are estimates based on historical data and statistical models. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for business or financial decisions.
Changes to Terms
If Then Dev, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
